Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of gettogo.store and to quotations, orders and sales made by (“Get To Go”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and information

We supply HVAC accessories, sealants, insulation and related products. We take care to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and datasheets accurate, but they are provided for general guidance and may change. Manufacturer information takes priority, and you are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your application.

Quotations

Prices are not shown on the website. Pricing is provided by quotation after you submit a request.

• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. If none is stated, it is valid for [30] days.
• Quotations depend on product availability and may change if quantities, specifications or delivery requirements change.
• A quotation is an offer, not a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

Orders, pricing and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on the quotation and invoice. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, stock shortages or a failure to meet payment terms.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice. Trade accounts may have agreed credit terms. Overdue amounts may be subject to [interest or fees] as stated on the invoice, and we may pause further orders until the account is current.

Returns and claims

• Please inspect goods on delivery or pickup and report any damage, shortage or wrong item within [5] business days.
• Returns of unused products in original packaging may be accepted at our discretion and may include a restocking fee.
• Special-order, cut-to-size and opened products may not be returnable.

Trade accounts

Trade accounts are approved at our discretion. You must provide accurate business information and keep your login details secure. We may suspend or close an account for misuse, false information or non-payment.

Product use and safety

Products must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, safety data sheets and applicable building, fire and safety codes. You are responsible for using qualified installers and for selecting products appropriate for your project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or project delays. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Website content

The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Get To Go or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
